First:After-sales service and standards:
1. from the purchase date, warranty period is 1 year
2.after one year, for repair need charged accordingly
3.warranty period according to the situation we pay domestic one-way or two-way logistics costs
1. since the date of production, the warranty period of 3 years
2. each refill can spray 3,000 times or more
3. if lost or damaged,only warrant nozzles and other small parts,
4. from the date of purchase,if packaging and product itself are damaged or already used, shall not be enjoy after-sales service.
Second: non-warranty service
1. more than the warranty period or product does not meet service standards
2. product damage due to transportation problems caused
3. damage caused by human factors, such as broken, improper operation.
4. factors which can not be stopped lead to product damage, such as: fires, earthquakes, etc
